About Program

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electrical Vehicles is a degree program that combines the traditional Electrical Engineering curriculum with an emphasis on electric vehicles (EVs). This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to design, develop, and operate EVs.

The program includes courses in power electronics, electric machines, batteries, control systems, and electric vehicle design. Students will also learn about the charging infrastructure and renewable energy sources that power EVs.

Graduates of this program can pursue careers in the automotive industry, renewable energy sector, and electric transportation sector. They can work in areas such as design and development, manufacturing, testing, and maintenance of electric vehicles and their associated systems.

Greater than or equal to 90% or 1st Rank Holders of all Boards / JEE Rank Between 1-50,000 40%
Greater than or equal to 75% to < 90% / JEE Rank between 50,001-80,000 30%
Greater than or equal to 60% to < 75% / JEE Rank between 80,001-100000 20%

The Merit Scholarship is applicable for 1st year only, for subsequent years please refer to Merit based policy for subsequent/continuing years in the Scholarship Policy

Notes

  • Online Registration is Mandatory.
  • In addition to above Fee, Rs.10,000/- Admission Fee (Non-Refundable) and Rs. 5,000 Caution Money (Refundable) will be charged at the time of admission.
  • Industrial Tour Fee Rs. 25,000/- (on one semester during entire course duration)
  • All the above Scholarships are applicable only on the Program Tuition Fee.
  • Only one type of scholarship can be given, students can opt for the higher %age of scholarship.
  • Scholarship cannot be more than 100% of Tuition fee.
